Galaxy of Stars Competition

Kyle Evans, a senior at Thayer Central, competed in the Galaxy of Stars contest this summer. He made it into the semi-final round which meant he could be singing at the Nebraska State Fair. On Saturday, August 30th, he performed and was put through to the final rounds which took place on Sunday. There was a lot of competition, but Kyle ended up winning the coveted "best vocalist" award in his age division. He also won the overall talent award. Congratulations to Kyle!
