The PAL Program will be a part of Thayer Central Community Schools again this year.
The PAL Program matches a high school student with an elementary student to serve as a big brother/big sister. The Big PAL comes to the elementary school once a week and spends approximately 20-40 minutes during the school day doing activities with the Little PAL. The activities may be help with school work, reading, game, etc. The Big PAL is expected to model Positive Attitude and Leadership (PAL), to be a good role model, and to be a friend to the Little PAL throughout the school year.
If you would like your child to participate in the program, please sign and return this form to your child's teacher. If you have any questions or need further information regarding this program, please call the school at 768-6117.
