Addition Facts and Dominoes

Second Grade students in Mrs. Jacobson’s class explored basic addition facts by sorting dominoes. The students used a set of double 9 dominoes. They wrote the sums of the dominoes on number cards 0-18. Then they placed each domino under the correct sum of the total dots on the domino. It was fun way to practice the basic addition facts up to 18.
