Three seventh grade Titans took on the challenge of competing in the annual MathCounts competition. The students--Jaxson Bowers, Grayson Randall, and Peyton Hubl--competed against 149 other students from across central Nebraska at the contest hosted by UNK.
MathCounts consists of an individual timed Sprint Round of 30 questions, without the use of a calculator, followed by eight timed Target Round questions, using a calculator.
Hubl was the top finisher earning 9th place. Bowers finished in 30th place and Randall in 90th. Congratulations to these great math students!
