Thayer Central and the Thayer Central Education Association honored 14 teachers that retired from CHB, Hebron, and/or Thayer Central on Saturday, January 27th between the girls and boys basketball games. The day started with refreshments and a tour of the school. They were treated to a meal and had reserved seating for the games. Slides of their accomplishments were shown throughout the afternoon during timeouts. Between games, they were called to the floor to highlight their years, favorite memories and what they enjoy about retired life. Those attending and their years of service include:
