Miss Saathoff and Mrs. Tietjen’s kindergarten class enjoyed a learning field trip on April 29th! First, we went to the Hebron airport where Rotor Wings Aviation showed us their helicopters and an airplane. Mrs. Mitchell, and her husband, Kevin Mitchell , ended the tour by giving us a souvenir pencil and a fun propeller toy! Next, we went to Crystal Springs in Fairbury, NE for a picnic lunch and nature walk. We fed the ducks, saw animal tracks and looked for bears (but didn’t see any!!) . Finally, we ended our day by having ice cream and playing at the Fairbury wooden park.
We all had a great time on our learning field trip!
