September Highlights for the 5th graders! * Band Instruments: The 5th graders loved learning new instruments in band. Come to hear them in action at their CONCERT - Oct. 12th at 7p.m. *Constitution Day: We learned about some of the Delegates of Constitutional Convention and their contributions to "The Supreme Law of the Land". We also retired last year's flag and prepared it for burning. *Roadkill Science Project: We learned about decomposing materials and the life cycle of a fly. (No photos available--ugh!) *Amazing Books: 5th graders enjoyed a variety of awesome books, including Honus and Me and Riding Freedom. October: HERE WE COME!!!!!
