The Eastern Nebraska Speech Contest District Contest was held on April 4 at the Majestic Theater. Ryann Pulliam, Laikynn Heitmann, and Atlie Wiedel represented the TC fifth and sixth grades. They presented their speeches along with other area 5th & 6th graders on this year's topic: What is the Greatest Time in American History? Ryann's speech about Rosie the Riveter's contribution to American history earned FIRST PLACE. Laikynn's speech about the Women's Suffrage Movement earned SECOND PLACE. THIRD PLACE went to Atlie for her speech about effects of Title IV on American history. We are so proud of these Lady Titans!
