First grade has been reading and examining the human body. We have learned about all 5 systems of the body and how they work together to form a network. First grade celebrated this unit by having a guest speaker. Wendy VanSkiver PA-C answered questions, explained in more detail about how the body works, and told us about her job at the hospital. We created all 5 systems and had a yummy skeleton treat!
