Eight 8th grade singers had a great day at the Crete Vocal Festival on Thursday, November 3rd! Students rehearsed during the day and performed a concert along with 100 other singers. From L-R: Keirsten, Jocelynn, Maylin, Erica, Roy, Kaleb, Alex, Deklann.

The senior team of Avery 4th, Duncan 46th, Taivry 49th and Will 89th with the team finishing 12th.
Cole was our only junior and earned 20th.
The JH finished 4th as a team with Olivia 1st, Paige 19th, Aydrian 37th, Jocelynn 56th and Taylor 69th! 💙💛
Congrats to both the 5th and 6th grade quiz bowlers for each winning their grade division of the Southern NE Fall QB contest!
It's quiz bowl time! The Thayer Central Elementary Quiz Bowl will take place today, starting at 4:00 pm. Matches will be held in the old north wing of the high school building. You may enter the building using the new south entrance.

The Freshmen class will be selling Christmas Wreaths from November 1st to November 15th. Each wreath is handmade on a wire frame, dipped in a preservative, and has pinecones and a red bow attached. These wreaths are the same ones as sold in the past. The wreaths are $30 each and will be delivered the last week in November. If you would like to buy one, please find a friendly freshman and let them know. Checks are recommended and payable to THAYER CENTRAL SCHOOLS. Thanks for your help in supporting our 9th grade class!

Unofficially, per NSAA release of the brackets, The Thayer Central volleyball team will play Saturday against Oakland-Craig at 6pm in Sub-State. The game is in Oakland. Good luck ladies and always Go Titans.
