First Grade ended our knowledge unit on a new nation. The students wrote a report about George Washington and signed their own copy of the Declaration of Independence.
Piper H is headed to State in the 100& 200m with 2nd place finishes at Districts!
Izzy Escritt finishes as district runner up in the girls 400m run, qualifying for the state tournament! Her time was 1:02.28!
Piper Havel is a state qualifier in Girls long jump. She placed 2nd with a jump of 17’9.5”.. That's also a new school record!
Cole V with a Distinct Championship in Shot with a throw of 56'8.75". That is a school record & a trip to State!
Congratulations to Blake G for winning the Long & Triple Jumps today at Districts! Winning Jumps of 21'2.25" LJ & 41'11¾" TJ earn a trip to State!

2nd grade took a trip to the Hastings Museum. We saw an awesome 3D movie about butterflies, explored the exhibits, and checked out the planetarium. It was a great day!

Farm Readers visit Hintz Produce Farm Stand to wrap up the fourth quarter with a fun and educational reading challenge. Students earned "Farm Bucks" by reading books or logging pages. The more they read, the more Farm Bucks they earned and got to spend at the farm market.
Ben Hintz, a local farmer, welcomed the students and shared insights into his farming business, including the steps involved in planting, growing, and harvesting produce.
A big thank-you goes out to Ben Hintz from Hintz Produce for generously hosting the students and providing a meaningful learning experience. His support helped bring reading to life in a fun and memorable way!
The 6th graders are off to Halsey National Forest. They are excited for camping, hiking and more!
