Miss Wiedel's second graders enjoyed learning about the life cycle of a butterfly. They released their Painted Lady butterflies.

First Grade ended our knowledge unit on a new nation. The students wrote a report about George Washington and signed their own copy of the Declaration of Independence.
Piper H is headed to State in the 100& 200m with 2nd place finishes at Districts!
Izzy Escritt finishes as district runner up in the girls 400m run, qualifying for the state tournament! Her time was 1:02.28!
Piper Havel is a state qualifier in Girls long jump. She placed 2nd with a jump of 17’9.5”.. That's also a new school record!
Cole V with a Distinct Championship in Shot with a throw of 56'8.75". That is a school record & a trip to State!
Congratulations to Blake G for winning the Long & Triple Jumps today at Districts! Winning Jumps of 21'2.25" LJ & 41'11¾" TJ earn a trip to State!
Cole V. finishes 1st in the Discus at the District Track Meet. His winning toss of 173' is a new school record! Congratulations and good luck at State!

2nd grade took a trip to the Hastings Museum. We saw an awesome 3D movie about butterflies, explored the exhibits, and checked out the planetarium. It was a great day!
