Thayer Central Elementary Students Participated In The Valentines for Veterans Project Again This Year! All Students Created Valentine Cards for Veterans That Will Be Delivered To Veterans Across The State Of Nebraska! Excellent Work Students!

Hello!!! We have an update on our Little Titans cheer camp! We currently are looking at a late spring/early summer date for the girls to come have an afternoon with the cheerleaders!!!! We are thinking we will have a parents showcase at the end of the afternoon where parents can come watch the girls perform! Stay tuned for the exact date!!!!! If the new date does not work for your daughter but you previously were signed up we will get the shirt and poms to you still!!!! Thank you for being patient as we try to get this rescheduled!!! Congratulations to Adam Lukert on his performance and participation in the UNK Honor Band Festival on Monday, January 29th. It was a great day of music making with musicians from across the state.

Thayer Central congratulates Natalie Tietjen for being selected as Ol' Red 99.5's Female Student of the Week. Natalie was nominated by her basketball coaches for her accomplishments on the court to help her team and for her dedication in the classroom. Congrats Natalie!

In SNC action tonight, the Titans Girls team took home a win against Sandy Creek while the Boys fell to Centennial. The girls will play next on Thursday while the boys play Saturday.

Thayer Central Community Schools has an immediate opening for a full-time position in custodial and maintenance areas. A successful candidate will be able to perform custodial duties and general school maintenance as assigned by the head of maintenance.
