1st Grade has been working on letter writing. 📝We wrote a letter to a family member or friend and mailed them at the post office today! We got a tour of the post office and learned the system they use to sort mail. ✉️📦📫

The JH track team had great weather on Monday at Tri-County. The 4x800 took advantage and improved their JH record and set a meet record with a time of 9:23.52! Great job Jaxson, Justin, Skylar, and Peyton!!

Food and money donations are being taken at the Freeman High School Track Meet tomorrow, Tuesday, April 30th. The donations are for Elkhorn residents in need after the devistating tornado. Drop off donations at the the gate.

Thayer Central's Art Department will be hosting their annual Art show and silent auction on May 7th. This year we have some incredibly talented artists showcasing their work this school year, and auctioning off select works to help continue funding our fantastic program and promoting our talented young artists! This event will be held in the South hallway of the high school. Doors will open at 6:00 for the art show with the silent auction beginning at that time as well and ending at 8:00 during the Pops Concert. Bidding for silent auction pieces begins at just $5. Get there early and get your bids in!
