What do chickens, tape, insurance and measuring cups have in common? They are tools used for careers. The career fair was held on Thursday at the elementary. Students learned about different skills, interests, tools and activities in different careers.

You might ask... why should I buy a yearbook? Look at them as a collectible - a piece of history. It is an entire year worth of memories in one book that you can share with family for years to come. Junior High/High School Yearbooks can be purchased at the office or online at the link below for $40.00. https://yearbookforever.com/schools/thayer_central_high_school_buy_yearbook_8205/4ZvRE8qOZJ121iP7TpUCuNdJ

These 2nd graders were happy for a TREAT with three states of matter. A float has a solid (ice cream), liquid (soda), and gas (bubbles floating on top). A sweet treat for these sweet second graders in Miss Wiedel's class.
